I’m James, a wedding filmmaker based in Glasgow, Scotland.

Filming weddings is one of the most fulfilling endeavours that I’ve undertaken. It’s truly the greatest honour to be entrusted by enamoured couples to distil their wedding day to be treasured forever.

I’m a very relaxed guy reflected in my work. During the day I’m at my best going unnoticed, unobtrusively capturing candid, intimate moments with the utmost authenticity. 

My goal is to document your wedding as it unfolds and tell its story in the most truthful yet cinematic way.

Above all else, I love to capture FUN!

Having been brought up in the countryside I have a deep love and respect for the natural world and all that Scotland’s enthralling landscapes have to offer.  I first picked up a camera at the age of 13, graduated with a BA (Hons) in film production in 2019 and to this day I eat / sleep / breathe all things photography and filmmaking.  My free time is spent taking regular hikes up mountains, braving the elements and continuing to hone my craft. 

It’s my belief that there will always be people to meet, experiences to share and places to explore.  Ultimately this is what drives me and fuels my deep-rooted passion to create. 

I doubt I’ll ever tire of this as I become immersed in each couple’s story.  I relish the challenge every time I shoot of delivering a beautifully bespoke film of the highest quality for awesome couples.
