Located within a tranquil 240 acre woodland estate overlooking the Clyde and the stunning Kilpatrick hills, Mar Hall’s luxury five star hotel, golf and spa resort is in a league of its own when it comes to hosting special events. This Edwardian Scottish mansion is equipped with grand, extravagant banqueting suites set under historical ornate ceilings and spectacular antique chandeliers.

Facilities 

Depending on the size of wedding you plan on having, you have the choice of 3 suites within the Mar Hall residence itself or in the largest event space of them all, the Garden Pavillion, which sits independently on the grounds of the estate offering breathtaking views of the Clyde and Kilpatrick hills from it’s floor to ceiling windows.

Small weddings of up to 40 guests can take place in the Kilpatrick suite which is decorated in sophisticated historical features of original oak panelling with a stunning centrepiece antique gold chandelier hanging from the grand ornate ceiling.

The wedding ceremony can take place in the traditionally styled Burgundy Suite holding up to 150 guests or in the romanticly set Garden Pavillion holding up to 300 guests.

The newly refurbished Morton House Ballroom, is the largest suite within the main building and has been transformed into a glamorously elegant event space accommodating up to 170 dining guests.

Mar Hall is well-known for its 5 star dining and wedding couples booked on a package are welcome to attend a menu tasting appointment to taste and select their wedding day menu cooked by the talented in-house executive chefs.
Mar Hall offers all inclusive and sole-use wedding packages whilst ensuring each wedding is tailor made by assistance of a wedding coordinator. All wedding packages come with complimentary Luxury Grand Bridal Suite for newlyweds on night of wedding.
