Overview

MacDonald Marine Hotel & Spa is a coastal 4 star hotel in the picturesque town of North Berwick, 30 minutes outside Edinburgh. This romantic 19th century manor house has retained much of its original character and features since its completion in 1888 as a seaside golfing hotel which it remains today, offering stunning coastal views looking out to the firth of forth, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable wedding.

Facilities 

Ceremonies can take place indoors or outdoors on the queen mary lawn and wedding meals can take place in the Grand Ballroom which seats up to 120 guests. The Grand Ballroom is a stunning suite equipped with floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular views of the firth of forth and bass rock, the room can also cater to smaller celebrations by the use of partitions which reduce the size of the room.

The MacDonald Marine Hotel & Spa has 83 bedrooms consisting of Double/Twin rooms, Executive room, Feature Suites and Four-Poster bedrooms. Wedding couples receive complimentary bridal suite when booking with a package.

The Macdonald Marine Spa is an award winning thermal spa complete with a sauna, steam room, massage shower, sensation shower and 20 metre pool. The leisure club is fitted with state of the art Technogym equipment.
