Overview

Recognised as a vital piece of Edinburgh’s architectural and artistic heritage, this former Catholic Apostolic Church has been restored to its former glory and is a spectacularly unique wedding venue that is sure to take your breath away. Located at the eastern edge of Edinburgh’s New Town, Mansfield Traquair is a grand setting and versatile space allowing you to dream your wedding vision to life with the help and assistance of expert wedding designers on the lead up to your special day. The outstanding feature of this venue is the stunning mural decoration surrounding the interior which was originally painted in the 1890s by Irish artist Phoebe Anna Traquair.

Facilities 

Mansfield Traquair can accommodate large wedding parties of up to 200 day guests for the wedding breakfast and up to 250 guests in total for the evening reception. The venue has an enchanting private garden perfect for wedding photography and drinks receptions in the warmer months. A marquee can also be installed in the private garden to accommodate additional capacities.
