Set on 35 acres of private estate parkland in an 18th-century castle, Carberry Tower is an exclusive use wedding venue near Edinburgh. This luxury 4 star castle hotel lies just outside Edinburgh in the East Lothian countryside and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens making this venue a romantic, fairytale setting for a wedding.

Facilities 

Carberry Tower has its own private chapel within the estate grounds and is designed with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the walled garden and with a capacity to seat 150, it makes a perfect setting for your wedding celebration.
The Rose Garden Rooms suite inside the Mansion House can accommodate up to 180 guests for the wedding meal and evening reception.
An outdoor Champagne Terrace is located at the rear of the building and is a perfect place for an outdoor drinks reception in the warmer months – a gift from the late Queen Mother to her sister who used to live here.

Services

Tiered inclusive wedding packages are available all including room hire of Banqueting Pavilion for wedding banquet & use of The Rose Garden Rooms for the evening reception as well as a red carpet welcome, wedding meal and wedding stationary.

Accommodation

30 ensuite bedrooms consisting of Classic Rooms, Executive Rooms and for more comfort and added luxury the Royal Suite or Grande Suite are ideal, offering spectacular views over the garden estate and are also where the Queen slept as a child when visiting the Carberry Tower. The Turret Suite is located the oldest section of the Carberry Tower and offers stunning views over the south lawn and tree-line driveway whilst featuring a winding staircase to an en-suite bathroom, which includes a generous shower cubicle and a separate bath to relax in. Overnight accommodation in the Honeymoon Suite with Champagne Breakfast for the Bride & Groom is included in all wedding packages on their wedding night.
